I had an email from one of the Arts Development types at mums work (and mine too come to think of it) today, with what has to be the strangest request I’ve ever had!

They want to borrow my wheelchair! What? Say again? Uhh.. why?

Apparently they are doing some arts training for carers and stuff, and they want to use my wheels as a demo model. I think the idea is you drive it through paint and then do wheelies with it, making funky marks on the floor - with the disabled person sat in!

Well, it’s fine by me. I’ve been assured that it’ll come back cleaner than when they borrow it - I’d love to know how you get paint of wheelchair tyres…!
